This tutorial helped me a lot, I wrote a CSS sheet within the HTML folder but I couldn't able to link so as you showed in the tutorial I tried that method, I made a separate folder for CSS it's worked,

The issue I had with it not working was the HTML file was not connected to the correct CSS file. When you do the code you can double check to see if the file is linked by ctrl+click on the “style.css” part.
