I love your videos. You go above and beyond and it shows you care. Your personal touches add a dose of humor. I have been looking at taking a civilian overseas position and you have definitely eased a lot of my concerns.
Dude! Thanks so much. This is definitely my passion and my way to give back to the community I love. It doesn’t even feel like “work” anymore. If you don’t mind, I’d love to display your comment on my website as a “review/testimonial” of my work?
Hi Daniel, I have noting to do with the us military. I am a German who was raised in the area of Amberg. It is nice to have a inside view to the training area and the stuff inside, which you will never see unless you know us military personell. Thanks for sharing this inside view - looking forward for more!!! Best wishes to Grafenwöhr!!!
I work at a german grocery store . The commissary has really huge selcation, i wish i could have acsess to the meat Market XD . Also the sunday opening is very nice and the early bird open a great idea and of course the many service opportunities is something , german grocery retail needs.
Hi Daniel , like your Vid´s , brings back memories ... i used to work for the Canadian Forces in Lahr / Baden ,and i miss the Store called LX = PX US....Base Closed here 1994 Canadian Force Base Europe Lahr , about 10 min from the Europapark ,if u ever heard of it. If you are currently stationed at Graf, do not complain about the commissary or PX. If you could go back in time before these two facilities opened you will understand why.

Hey Daniel! I love your videos you doing an amazing job. Keep up the great work! I did a lot of videos with soldiers from graf/vilseck and have been many times on post. Love Popeyes and Taco Bell a bit too much:) Do you live still at graf area? Would love to meet you to do a video together if you like to. Greetings Chris
Thanks Chris! Yep, we still live here. Just bought a house, so I'll be here making videos for awhile :) And yes, would love to make some vids together 👍🏾
Yes. There’s quite a few steps to go through, but it’s now possible: www.army.mil/article/231799/eligible_veterans_authorized_post_access_shopping_privileges_in_germany
Commissary as well as exchange is a scam. Prices not listed or wrong, coupons that don't work, limited availability, rations card for some ungodly reason which the workers don't understand what they're rationing. If you can get it off post do it! Thanks Dan you're awesome though
You can take solace in the fact that your tax dollars were not wasted on my service. I broke my body in service to this great nation. The commissary benefit is a small consideration for that fact as well as for those who continue to keep the world safe and free. You're welcome.
@@rkgaustin I am a Vet and I can say what I want. Those commissaries are a huge expense and a waste of taxpayer money! Those bases over there were a ridiculous expense to cover lazy Europeans. USA out of NATO! Thank me for my service!! You are welcome!!

Just finished filming Wiesbaden. Stay tuned…
Is it true that since 2020 the commissary is also available to disabled veterans?

Miss the sandwiches from the Deli!
Those service jobs over there pay what minimum wage in the States?
Wait a minute! 1:40min So, foreign operated Commissaries are the only supermarkets in Germany where you still get plastic bags? Interesting.
I want to go shopping there so bad 😂
Did you ever?
No
Is it always that green? 😅

Graf didn't look like this in the 80s, just a mud hole, I miss Germany had a great time there, but the new army is too PC for me
