In the first 10 mins we see a good quiet electric car that goes to church on Sunday. Then the nitro starts up and the sun comes out and everyone starts smiling 😊

What are you doing with the Nitros throttle? Is the servo too wobbly? It makes me crazy to hear that playing with the trigger.
I have the older Inferno ST upgraded to ST-R with a LRP .28. I would love to ride on such a course. We have something similar though.
Doesn’t make Nitro more fun than Brushless ? The sound, the smell and smoke...

@@Nathaniel2503 no, the driving was rather good. But your strange throttle play was weird. Was it because of a loose clutch?
I don’t think so, I try to be smooth on the throttle but sometimes I guess it’s difficult.

So far the Mugen Seiki MBX8TR *ECO* seems like the way to go *for me* since I’m short on time & live in a S/D. Anyways, thanks again. Appreciate the share.

Did you race there this past weekend? A buddy went for the NC challenge Series. Looks like a great track. Also heard you saying you should have maybe gone down on motor a bit? I have a 2000kv in my buggy now, and have used a 1900kv buggy motor, after starting with 2250kv. Now I want to go back to the 2250. A 2050 tekin would probably be ok, but the 2000kv I have in my truggy now isn't enough, and the truck seems lazy. I am going to go back to the tekin 2250 and try again. Good video!
Yeah I definitely wish I would have but I was worried about it being too slow I got a little carried away 😅 Unfortunately I can’t race at the moment with my current work schedule 😕

You can pick them up at most hobby shops, I pick mine up directly from the Kyosho website

Nitro car looks easier to drive. My e buggy is a handful. Is nitro a little more forgiving?
I prefer it, but I think that’s just because I’m used to it, nitro buggy is where I get most of my experience from as a driver.
Would the MP10e motor mount work in this truggy
Yes either way works, the conversion kit just bolts directly in 👍🏻
@@Nathaniel2503 Just thinking the MP10e motor mount would be a drop-in as well, I did a little research and the parts in the conversion also come from a VE buggy. buying the parts ala carte price out the same amount may be slightly cheaper. Thanks for doing this for Us Kyosho fans!

Been years, but the .21 Nova Rossi P5 XL was the easiest engine for me to tune. It never flamed out & idled low. Was crispy as all out too. Every other brand & model gave me problems, short life & was very difficult to tune. *For me*, that is to say.
As i have nitro, i can see the appeal of lipo lol
There’s pros and cons to both. The only reason I stick it out with nitro, is you get to run constantly, almost 😅 without waiting on batteries to charge

Yeah It felt good when I was building the kits idk but at that point it was too late to do anything, Just wanted to get the footage. They’re both apart for cleaning right now will get it straightened out👍

@@RcOffroad9513 I have many many cars kits, RTR etc. not one vehicle I have owned in 30 years has sounded like that unless there was an issue.
