Such a good mod, that fact that her clothes disappeared during a wicked weave and you interrupted her moves from color my world into Scarborough fair is amazing
Bayonetta 3’s design tethered to the skeleton of Bayonetta 1 really highlights the changes that they made in how she looks in 3. That’s not to say that the changes are negative either. You can just see them a bit better. I think her lips being a lot thinner in 3 is extra noticeable skinned over Bayonetta 1 because the mouth movements orient pretty differently. Bayo 3’s lips almost protrude as she says things, particularly the middle portion of her upper lip. All of that to say, I do love her design in the third game! People love to rag on some of the choices, but I honestly think most of the gripe should be toward the great designs not getting to shine as bright because of the graphical setbacks of the Switch. It still looks great given the weaker hardware, but Bayo 1 looks so much crisper and sharp. Utilized here, you get to see just how fabulous her look in 3 is! To me, it’s underrated and overhated!!
i think, my biggest gripe with b3 isnt the actual outfit because seeing through the mods (in 1&2, respectively) you see how it looks nice. the thing, that really doesnt make sense for me, is that the pose (b2) makes her ass and posture look incredibly fucked - making people think she "lost" her ass because of the pose. this is, by far, a really minor complaint. this is "complimented" with her nose and makeup that doesn't really help feel LIKE she IS a bayonetta variant. all of this, again, is minor complaint. i think a simpler silouhette(?) would actually make her pose and outfit stand out more. maybe her b3 prototype outfit would stand out more; two major pig tails would actually make her look ultimately nostalgic BUT original
I can't help but think of how funny it would be to have demon slave in this game. So many environments are just large enough to have space to breathe, but small enough so that the action never strays too far. Now throw in GIANT MADAME BUTTERFLY BREAKDANCING on top.
I feel like we really missed out on bayo's attacks having the purple demon aura in this game, it looks so perfect (not that red was bad, purple is just my fave colour)
@notyourpalsy because they had to scale down the graphics to use more of the hardware power for the scale of map/realistic lighting/animation/weapons/demon, just to name a few. Bayo2 just has umbran climax, no realistic shadows/lighting(lighting doesn't affect Bayo, smaller game in general.
@notyourpalsy the switch struggles to run ttyd and miitopia and the kh series was forced to be cloud only there's no way it will run b2 graphics smoothly
It's just basic launcher strings and the occasional mixing in of testsuzanko and heel stomp the real challenge comes from positioning yourself properly and minding enemy patters and movements so as to switch seemlessly from offense to defense when the situation calls for it
CMW is extremely dancy; so if you're planning to use this version, PKP is YOUR main source of attacks (basing any other attack after it is important) and so is PPPPP. holding buttons add more damage but be careful with it also getting EXTRA near all while bayo dances is your best offense and defense. being far away is a problem bc the bullets do not bounce as hard like SF or LiB.
I'm terribly sorry, but.. I have a bit of a problem.. I downloaded this mod and placed on the right place but.. Bayonetta after Company Logo's just.. remained black.. even though i can move my mouse... in this state... maybe I just needed to wait a bit longer,Idk
