- We Finally get the 7.3L rolling as it should after a years worth of repair, modifications and added power! Shes a ripper and I cant wait to finally get her on the street with the finishing touches!
"what are you doing" Ryan "im making sure it rolls coal" lmao
Roals...what the hell is that???
@@ronjlwhite8058 hahaha
Noone should ever be tired of this build. It's SOOOO beautiful. I'm literally so jealous. If my 7.3 looked and ran like this I would be a very happy man. Love the build and love the videos buddy. Keep them coming.
Bro I love this channel and how far it has come. I wait for the new uploads every week like a little kid in the 80s waiting for the new smurfs to come on. Lol. Keep the uploads coming. I can't wait for the bus, the limo, the first gens, the 6.7 ford. I just can't wait!!!! Work harder brother!!! JK. You kill it every episode. Adding Ashely in the uploads is dope. It is cool watching you guys build stuff together. Peace bro!
Id really look into a KC Turbo for it. Kicks ass over the stock setup. No comparison
T4 kit is a way better option for making big power
It's so rad to see the smile on your face when you finally over come and make an accomplishment that you worked your ass off for bro! Keep up the good work! #onlyupfromhere🤙
Lol I know that feeling when working on a transmission at home, that scared feeling hoping that while driving nothing won’t slam or jerk after working on it
And then the relief and confidence after it’s working right
“I’m makin sure it rolls coal”😂😂
Hey Ryan great job on that truck I love watching you do it right and information about it . It never gets old . Now get to the Bronco!!!!!!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
When this truck is complete can you do a video of a break down of costs it would be to do a project like this? It be cool to see what to budget for before actually starting a project like this, truck is turning out awesome nice job
i think that’d just be difficult due to the fact he literally did it all himself, the paint and body work. but would be cool to see how much it costs
The nerves turn to smiles!!!! Great job bro!!! The strawberita lives again!! “Oh my god this thing is actually fast…hehe!!“ 😂😂😂😂
Enjoy how you do the work yourself, follow the instructions, clean parts, and double check everything, I’m the same way, keep up the amazing work Ryan!
That transition tho! Checked transmission fluid level and then *poof* hair and mustache transformed! That's some strong fluid!😂 j/k Truck is coming along very nicely
He said "I'm done with working on it, I just wanna go home" a true member of the powerstroke community 🤣🤣
Bro you guys killed it.nice job
Can wait till the truck is finished
Seen where you started to now came out dope 💯
I have a work truck ( I install and repair fence) it's been broke down for 2 months. I have had three different mechanics work on fixing coolant leak. ( Thermostat housing, water pump, intake gasket.) The third mechanic found leak in timing cover gasket. He's just old and takes forever. But after 1900$ I still don't have a truck. My little business is failing all because I don't know how to work on cars. Well that's changing. Thank you Ryan for pushing me to learn my own repairs. From now on no more mechanics for this guy.
Loving the build man. I've noticed that it has always had a very long start in my opinion. I know you probably tired of the issues but i think you really should look into the battery cables and starter. Replaced both on my truck and it made one hell of a difference.
It literally has a 6.7 starter and starts faster then most newer diesels and for sure any 7.3. You’re smoking dick
I think he already put a 6.7 starter into it, but I might be wrong
@@timbabak3715 I couldn't remember if he did or not. I know them battery cables are trash from ford.
Sometime long cranking on these is because HPOP reservoir is draining slowly while the truck is shutted off.
@@Quebecer_Powerstroke i forgot about that. It definitely could be. Maybe even the LPOP is going out
Looking great!!
Hey Ryan awesome it worked.. can't wait to see it done... what a amazing job..
So sick to see this project come together! Such a crazy amount of work. Might be a good idea to wait on the final polish. Let it get beat up a bit then months later use the polish to restore the quality.
You have to hit the brake pedal to activate the quiet idle tune. Then it will actually drop the rpms to 500😉🤝 I have the hydra on my 7.3.
Love that truck !!!
You did a great job.
You are realistic
Oh hell yea 🍓
Good to see you can drive it now,way to go
Button her up and and show it off
Excellent work Ryan🤩🥳👍🏻
Hey Ryan, just wanted to let you know that if you want the truck to shift firmer then I’d add a Sonnax .427” or .500” line pressure modulator plunger valve kit, which in that transgo shift kit it’s called the line bias valve and you added the little blue spring on top of the valve. Also you can drill out that little separator plate under the accumulator valve body.
That truck is nice but that 70s cop stash had to go!! Like your work
Whenever Ryan's Hyped... Music starts slamming!
Glad to see she finally made the road. Still think the mirrors should be color matched. Can't wait to see it all finished. It's been a journey but worth the wait!
If you were going for a Reno 911 look with that 'stache you've achieved it. 🤣
Great series
The 7.3 has a super low and crappy over boost protection thing. Look into getting a boost fooler for the truck, so it thinks its running less boost!
“Quiet Idle” on 7.3s does not exist haha Definitely looks good man from where it started to this point 👍 Can’t wait for the first gen builds and the Bronco to start.
whisper mode is only designed to operate for up to a minute it lowers engine oil pressure, also only use it when the engine is warm
Needs some window tint 😎
Ryan Mayer the 7.3 in your truck reminds me in my 2004 ic ce 200 shorty handicap it sounds just like my bus Ryan 👍🏻👍🏻they sound alike bro
Build turned out so sickkk Ryan🤘
Biggest inspiration on this app!! Love your work
I remember him showing the truck and was like I'm not sure what I'm doing might make it a mud truck
Great job man. Love how it turned out
Gotta love them late night notifications 🤙🏼
Love the build! I know your pain. I’ve been building a 2004 Silverado 3500 LB7. It’s a process.
Love it, love the channel. Dude totally amazing
Man you should have kept the mustache 🤦🏼 looked killer lol!
I was eating tropical sour patch kids while watching this and when you said burnt wtf I tasted the smell😂😂
Sounds like you finally got the "kinks worked out"..... Sounds great at idle, seemed the shift points were on point and firm. LOVE SOME STRAWBERRY'RITA..... Wishing it shifted harder might take a completely new built tranny..... Gonna be a great truck once the final go over and detail is complete..... Glad your at the finish line on her, understand that "tired of seeing that truck" feeling feels like. #FordTuff #StrawBerryRita #BuiltNotBought
Got a jasper trans in my 7.3 thing shifts absolutely bangs gears
Thank you for addressing that "burnt" ATF smells the exact same as new ATF. 😃
Heck yea! Awesome build man
Awesome bro!!👍🏼…Almost done!!…Aloha 🤙🏽
that stache 😂 thick boi
It's an awesome truck! I want one to Door Dash in!
This transformation hits so hard!
absolutely love this guys channel!
Ryan wassup wit the mustache 🤣🤣🤣
Looks killer man! Salute
I agree on the old rebuilds
I got a boost fooler from riff raff diesel performance for my obs had it 2 3 yrs now no problems that solve the over boost code. I don’t stand on it much but I did once or twice seen almost 40 lbs of boost on hot street tune
Came out clean! I like how yeah didn't get carried away with a cowl hood and fender flares (like almost did on my 03'. lol) I kinda regret i didn't stick with my early style front bumper and color match like you did. oh well fuck it. I haven't been driving mine much since i bought a new 6.7 except for the 3 months while my new truck was in body shop cause my dad borrowed it and rearended someone over 20k in damage Now its fixed and looks great but it's not the same it almost feels like falling for a girl after a couple weeks once then finding out shes been with hella basketball americans. Damaged goods! lol
I enjoy all your videos never ever disappointed but just curious why you didn’t clean that trans pan up at all lol
hate the smell of burnt atf fluid smells like my ex and Loving the f250 build always learn somthing new watching you all the time all the builds are dope af
Bro Stach on point 😂 👍
I would love to own that truck
Love the build sounds like a shelled converter though common problem on those trucks happened to my 99 f250
Hey next time you do oil change go with the Donaldson Blue Extreme Oil Filter 94-03
Part Number:DBL7405 is in my opinion the best but FYI using this filter is a couple more quarts so instead of the 15 it will be 17 but it is worth it
Make sure you do the relearn for the tranny that’s only if they’re anything like the 68RFE but I’m not I’m not a ford guy but still love this truck ! 💯🤘🏼
Great build again broski
God i love tht truck!
Gotta get a edge insight helps clear the annoying codes you will get all the time. I do it with mine
There is still going to be air in the hpop system. 75 miles is what it usually takes to bleed the system. Having air in the hpop system will create long cranks. Although you still had long crank issues before introducing air into the hpop, so it could something else.
flooring it everywhere, rolling coat, no seat belt and recording while driving you are a complete menace to todays society.
Ryan you need to getting your Window Tint on your 1999 Ford F250 7.3 Powerstroke Truck i wait to start on your 1st Gen 12v Cummins Diesel Dually Truck Build i love your Green Ram Truck too your Green Jeep too ??????? Love to meet you Man
We wanted to see it roll coal thanks camera man
Got the chester stash goin on lol
If it was my truck I would get a 2 Quarts of what's called TransX after I ran it for about 2 weeks the TransX will bring all of the clutches back to life i've used it in all of my vehicles and it seems to help the life of the transmissions
Wow. Just fixed an stuck caliper on my 2001 7.3 this afternoon.
The Hi idol is only gonna be a temporary thing only gonna be a temporary thing until those injectors are fully cleared out of the oil it takes minimum 60 to Maybe a 120 miles for all the oil we cleared out the injectors.
Sick videos man love the content have a 2000 myself and just took the trans out to replace till I saw your video I lost 1st and 4th but sometimes they come back just wondering my options and feedback would be helpful
I'm pretty sure, you might want to get some Archoil for the Powerstroke industry.
Gotta pull theme hood hinges out and spray them. Can't leave them as much as it sucks they were missed this truck is too sick to leave the tan hood hinges. 😫
Need to do a 6.0 next
And a Ranchhand full replacement grill gaurd
What size lift and tires are they. Good looking truck. Where did you find that palm 🌴 track bar? 🔥
Should have poweder coated the trans pan back black or teal
I need you to now do a 2nd gen dodge now 🙏
Early gang, love the videos Ryan keep them builds rolling
I had a 2000 7.3 that I always had issues with the calipers hanging up
You should put the 6.4 in the first gen you’d break the internet
Need to get that steering checked out, u do a full wheel rotation and it barely turns the truck
You should definitely get a t500 hpop
You should keep an eye on the breaks because I have the exact same truck and the back drivers side brakes completely eats the rotor not sure why I've talked to several guys that have 7.3s and most of them have the same issue
Shit yeah brother!!!
A couple questions. 6.7 Lime official gone? Is the strawberita gonna be a give away truck, PLEASE?
Yesserr 😎
Any links to all the parts for this rebuild pretty sure my truck is having this same issue and rather give it a try before taking it to a shop.
I’m going to spend big dollars and fit an Allison to my 7.3
Are u going to put a train horn setup on the truck
You was true to your word, lol
Ryan..I think the quiet idle is broke😁
Bout time you gotta fresh shave and haircut bro!!! 🤣🤣🤣 Trust and believe, I fully understand how it goes!!! #GrownManBizz
I hope your gonna tint the windows the clear windows don’t look right
