1) Best overall - Lexus NX 350H premium- Best value for the money, best quality and reliability, best technology, low service costs, awesome fuel economy 2) Best price not a option - Porsche Macan S. Fast, cool looking, reliable, incredible AWD, statement car, pricey, expensive service, crap fuel economy.
I find it funny that you mention the GV70 as a SUV for people who wants to maintain for a long time. Don't get me wrong, it's a beautiful car with a decent price, but being a new platform, without a lot of shared parts with its parent brand, a goal to go full electric in a few years, and not a lot of sale volume, I wonder what will happen with the maintenance after warranty when they stop making parts. If I were in the market for a lease, I'd consider the gv70, for financing and keeping it long term, I think it's a bad idea.
It's not as safe to keep long-term as the Lexus or Acura hence why I placed it behind them. Even so, it's a safer bet than most European luxury brands that are hideously expensive to repair. It also has the best warranty.
I love my NX 350h. I chose it over the GV70 which I felt looked like an old man car. Needed something a bit sportier. The savings at the pump were also a big factor.
Just purchased my NX 250 2022 3 weeks ago.. my choices were RDX, Mazda CX-5, but decided to go for the NX since it was brand new and the price was equal to an used RDX and the Mazda felt slightly smaller and the non touchscreen was definitely big turn off.
Porsche Macan is known for oil leaks as reported by many owners. And it's not easily detected because of the felt lined skid plate on the bottom that disguises the issue
Good review, well paced. I concur with your #1. We have an even smaller 2020 UX200. It is nimbler than the NX and has averaged 32 mixed MPGs after 18k mi, without even a single squeak. Can't ask for anything more.

5. Volvo XC 40
4. Genesis GV 70
3. Porsche Macan
2. Acura RDX
1. Lexus NX
I thought I wanted a Lexus NX until t sat in it. Way over bolstered seats and very cramped. Bought the RDX instead. Love it.

Kia sportage is my favorite. It's a stylish and luxurious wagon 😍😍😍
Conspicuous by their absence are the American SUVs. Dodge, Ford and GM are really dropping the ball these days, as they did in the 70s.
My pick would be the Acura, the best bang for the buck in my opinion.
