That first one you flushed was an in floor detox toilet which is basically a flushing floor drain. I believe these toilets are designed for padded cells. I just call them "storm drain toilets" since that's what they look like. And no, I've never seen one up close as I've never been arrested before (Laughs!), I've only seen them in catalogs and on the reality series, "Inside American Jail".
