I like the Arcade/shopping mall, idea.
Sutton High St could benefit from 3-dimensional shopping.

I walked along there last December on a quick visit. Lovely, friendly town in my opinion. Hard to understand why it has such a bad reputation.

Looks lousy but good old English racing weather. Never been there. Good to see two young equestrians out shopping. Rhode Island coffee house? Having lived in the State I would not say they are famous for coffee🤣 Happy New Year!
