WARNING - The LCD/Timer electronics do not have a conformal coating (water protection) meaning ANY moisture from humidity can damage the electronics, completely disabling the warmer. This is a major design flaw - especially for a product that's designed to be in humid environments (the bathroom). Mine failed after 15 uses over a 3 month period and I'm waiting to hear from Keenray about a replacement as I'm within the 18th month warranty period. So far no response from them, however.
Same issue here. Ours won't turn on and we've only had it for around a month.
@@ballan00keenray did ship us a replacement unit but it will suffer the same fate unless you dissassemble the unit and coat the electronics... which most people cant do unless they have an electronics background
Does it still today?
