Max-min/6, Which is the formula for standard deviation.

Std deviation corresponds to sample/ population.
Which sample or population has this std dev.?
Second i tried all x, all y and fitness values to get std deviation but attempts were futile. Can you pit more light on this or please provide your email address so that we can discuss. How can we connect?
