Really? A thousand dollars for the entire game? Why do I need to spend an additional 850 (or so) on 3D printed stuff on top of the 150 for the game, just to play your game?
Mark, I can only say we have done everything we can to ensure the value is there. We believe it is fun, balanced and plausible as a hypothetical war set in the 80s. Also these Global War games (which in my opinion, also include HBG's other global war titles like 1936 and 1914) are highly customizable games with a hobby element to them - in that respect, they are akin to something like Warhammer 40k as much as they are to Axis and Allies. Just my .02 cents.
@@admiralseabass8993 If I could buy the stls for like 150 or so, it wouldn't be a problem. As it is, 1000 USD is too much. I thought about getting a few copies of this for work, but nope. Not gonna happen.
I have a 3d printer that prints in PLA I will print out my own units in labeled, stackable units with different colors for the power, and different shapes for the land, sea and air units. So a Chinese air unit will be an orange triangle with the raised lettering saying H-6
