No rent income recd So for ay24-25 no income has to be shown in itr or to show notional amt ( as annual lettable value ) in itr . ( The same shop is again let out for ay25-26) Will be waiting for reply
While claiming interest benefit under let out category, I am not able to got more than 2Lakh exemption. It says amount more than 2Lakhs will be carried forward. How how can we claim entire interest expense of 3,50,000 in this year itself?

Sir Can we claim interest if wife is owner in property but husnand is Co owner in Loan application But Not In property. Not Joint property but Loan is Joint Agreement Index owner is wife only We can pass JV to Both Balance sheet

in case of joint owner house property both are eligible for deduction. the deduction amount will be 2 lakh for husband & 2 lakh for wife seperately Or only 2 lakh including for both
But is it like. Loan account should be linked by both owner. In my case I transfer emi amount to my brother account and there from brother account full emi gets deducted. Can we both take exemption and if yes at how much %

Sir is owership of property decided merely on the basis of name in the agreement or as per contribution made to the property.
Both need to be comply.
Can Co- applicant can take interest deduction in the A Y 2024-25,if Co-applicant is FATHER

what if emi is paid from my mother account and i am co borrower and also property own by my mother? whether i can claim 100% interest in my itr?
Aap mother se likhwa le ki wo deduction nhi legi legaly uske baad aap 100% le sakte h
