    We really want a video of you talking about Little Women:LA!! Tell us about what it was like to have cameras on you constantly, how you maintained a beautiful marriage, and so on. I'm sure if there was an NDA, it had to have ran out by now unless it's for life 😬
    Also, i think it's more important for you to encourage Kairo to do what you may not think he can achieve. We can paralyze our kids when we limit them in our minds.

Look at other big RUclips moms and they don't have a million different things on their channels. When RUclipsrs start doing too much, the audience starts to fizzle. ELANA, YES ITS COMMON IN YOUNGER KIDS WHO GET STREP & SORE THROATS ALOT. WHEN THEY START SCHOOL, THEY GET SICK QUITE A BIT AS WELL BECAUSE ITS ALOT OF GERMS THAT FLOAT AROUND. THEY WILL PROBABLY GET THE HANDS, FOOT & MOUTH SICKNESS & BRING IT HOME ALSO. WHEN THEIR IMMUNE SYSTEM BECOME STRONG YOU'LL NOTICE NOT AS MUCH SICKNESS...

You are such a good mom - it's so hard to not overthink things when you're worried about kids. Just don't let those thoughts prevent you from allowing them to grow through all types of experiences. Of course, step in if you see there is a real issue, but otherwise, let them blossom into they're meant to be. Great vlog ❤

    My son used to get sick all the time. He also used to snore like a grown man. He had his tonsils and adenoids out when he was 5. The constantly getting sick and snoring stopped. He's now 18 and it was one of the best decisions I made when it came to his health. He had surgery in the morning and was playing with his cousin in the afternoon.

    Hi Elena, my kids repeatedly got strep throat. Make sure you replace toothbrushes and toothpaste often when there is someone sick with strep throat. I had to make sure each child used their own toothpaste tube. No sharing toothpaste, drinks etc. Also handwashing and lysol or clorox wipe where it's needed, doorknobs, car seat belt buttons, door handles. It is easy to catch strep, especially being a mama ( I got it from my kids several times). Love any video you post, cooking, grwm, anything is great ❤

    Elena my Grandson kept getting sick so they removed his tonsils,but it didn't relinquish the sickness from coming around.What happens at School cjilderen share food and drinks,drink after each other too! So washing hands is very very important after school.tonsils do swell up with infections,so it might remedy a sore throat and some bacterial behind the tonsils,yes it is painful,may be necessary to remove tonsils.

    As we were growing up, my sister constantly had strep throats, so when she was 16 or 17, my mom finally let my sister have the surgery, and my sister said she wished that she had the surgery done when she was younger because she felt so much better, and since then she’s never had strep. So Elena, just out ways your pros and cons of having the procedure done with Cairo because every kid is different. I never get bored watching ur videos, yea we may do the same thing every day, but different things happen every day to, that’s what makes ur videos interesting to watch. So yea, if u want to put in a challenge or something off the wall into ur videos, go for it, but as for me, I like to watch ur every day life and ur kids.

    "The main function of tonsils is fighting infection. Your tonsils contain a lot of white blood cells, which help kill germs. As your tonsils are in the back of your throat, they can “catch” germs that enter your body through your nose or mouth." Strep throat and tonsillitis are not the same. I had terrible tonsillitis growing up but my doctors refused to let me have my Tonsils removed. Tonsils are providing a vital function IMO and I wouldn't consider having them removed unless absolutely necessary, but that's just my opinion. Let them prescribe the penicillin, it's the best antibiotic, it's taste is irrelevant. If he is not allergic to penecillin it's absurd that they're not prescribing it!

    • @mollyb4541
      @mollyb4541 3 месяца назад +2

      Totally agree that tonsillitis and strep are different. My son had tonsillitis for literally 1 year. His pediatrician sent us to an ENT dr. That dr tried as well and recommended to remove his tonsils. He didn’t have strep (maybe 1/2 times) It was chronic tonsillitis. With that said he described the tonsils function exactly as you said. He mentioned imagine a screen on top of your sink drain. The screen acts like a filter. He said my son’s tonsils were too diseased and they could no longer acts as a filter. I would have rather not had them removed but my son was miserable for a year. It was a game changer for him at 5. He’s 27 today and doesn’t have any issues.

    Infection settles in the tonsils, and you just keep getting sick. Any surgery is scary, but a tonsillectomy is pretty common and they bounce back really quickly. Talk to your doctor, summer break would be the perfect time to have this done.
