Kinda looks like the motor might be a upgrade. IF this is the case could it be because the pinion gear is too tight against the spur gear? Hard to say from this vid but the stock Teton has on placement for the motor too mount w/ no adj options. If this is some after market system maybe some fab work was done to motor plate in which messed with the distance between gears. Or its a receiver issue. I just had something similar on a brand new road car.

try to wiggle your motor wires when you hit the throttle hope that helps :)
