Did you make your fizz tool from scratch? If so, how and where did you find the materials? I like the long needle. What I see for sale has short needles.
Have you ever done other fish i have a tropical tinfoil barb in tank i need to do they dont have large opening mouth its a big fish , 16 years old so i may need side poke ,,, where do you get your needle sporting store??
you should take this video down; this is not safe for the fish. it's easier and safer to use a fish descender. Fish descenders are really easy to make and there are a lot of tutorial videos on youtube.

After puncturing the bladder and later on in the day u release the fish, does the puncture hole close not to vent out?
With a hypodermic needle, usually the hole closes instantly.

There is a higher chance of damaging organs when throat fizzing as opposed to the side.
