Great break down off the tune and accurate... but one suggestion if I could make... as you were playing the D chords something was bothering my ears i thought your guitar was out of
tune... or maybe intonation is out on one of bottom EBG strings... but sometimes it sounded in tune which makes me think when you are fretting the open chords you could be pressing down too hard and actually bending the strings out of tune as you play especially on the open D chords.
Maybe check intonation
Or polish your technique on your how you fret your open chords
