      @@ManishaGupta-mr3xp in this case I'm not sure but ..the reason i think that
      (Since hypochlorous acid is an oxoacid, we know that hydrogen can't be the central atom and it must be bonded to oxygen. So, the central atom must be oxygen)

      Increase in oxidation number become the atom more electronegativity That's the reason to easy removal of hydrogen from oxygen atom

      Size of the atom I believe. Smaller the size of the atom more acidic the acid

    Miss your talking about inductive effect in H2SO4 which is not the correct answer. push and pull is the actual key to decide the acidity here and not the positive charge over Sulphur.
