will my l5 disc be reversed its pushing slightly into , L3 /4 is pushing very slightly all are black dics c1-4 is black looking T is all white looking. MRI said this .also my pins needles gone osteopath sorted it yesterday i feel better but pain is still in middle of my butt crack. I dont want to be paralysed please help me. can i ever lift heavy again

3 years and I'm STILL suffering! There's a doctor in Switzerland that will put you down if it becomes to difficult to take the pain and suffering.
