Spellemannprisen har fra første utdeling i 1973 hatt status som Norges fremste musikkpris. Prisen har siden blitt delt ut årlig til artister og opphavsmenn som har utmerket seg og bidratt stort på musikkfronten i løpet av året som har gått. Spellemannprisen skal hedre, inspirere og motivere alle musikere og å styrke samholdet i musikkmiljøet, på tvers av sjangre. Gjennom et stjernespekket show presenteres årlig et utvalg av det store mangfoldet som finnes innen norsk musikkliv.

At this concert ICS Vortex is on Bass lines
Nagash was DB main bassist in the recording of SBD. Vortex participated as clean vocalist.
They were there with Kovenant, Nagash played with Kovenant on the stage, and they won these Norwegian music awards - If I’m not mistaken

Actually the most entertaining part for me was to watch the expression in the faces of the people. You can literally see that some people just don´t know what they should think :D Others somehow (who are really no metal-heads) are somehow overwhelmed and fascinated. Others must be surprised in a way like: "WHAT?!? OMG!!!That´s what norway is famous for?!? :D

lousy solos, Galder was a good choice
This song isn't Astennu's best work but wrote some pretty good solos on this album as well as with The Kovenant. Wish he would have stayed till Puritanical (their last good album). He's much better than Galder who can't play any of the solos on SBD. He dumbs it down but Galder is a great rhythm player/writer in Old Man's Child.

Galder was nowhere near Astennu's level. That's why he also simplified the solo in "The Insight and the Catharsis" when playing live in a way that's just ridiculous...
This "show" looks like CoF's. Cheesy as hell.
