Heading to this resort in a few days. A couple of questions if you don't mind. Is "tipping" customary? Are the spa amenities part of the "all-inclusive" package or do things like massages, spa treatments extra? I've stayed on the Dutch side many years ago, so I'm sure it's changed quite a bit.
