Yeah the stats on his abilities are a little bloated, but I think that it is something that can be easily fixed. It's probably better to make a god a little over tweaked than under on release.
I’m a firm supporter of taking surrendering out of smite. Either the enemy surrenders or my team surrenders I can never get a full build off bc people are babies and won’t play unless they win.
