I like your honest review. Some people say every MRE is wonderful.
Ever since they replaced Tabasco sauce, MREs haven't been the same.
Australian MREs still got them
Plus - the Tabasco sauce *itself* isn't what it used to be.
Around 20 years ago, they made it saltier and more vinegary - which just gives it a *really* cheap flavor, almost like the store brands at the dollar stores frankly.

Should of pored the chocolate in and mixed it with the trail mix for that sweet n salty snack.
You’re missing the main ingredient: SAND
Very disappointed that they changed the current menu to BBQ sauce. I actually liked this one with the buffalo sauce.
Mix the Reese's Pieces into the trail mix. Always add more water to your electrolyte drink than it calls for; usually 2x. The cheese has always been gritty and disgusting. Was the First Strike caffeinated like they used to do with apple sauce, jerky and other sides? It would be weird if they didn't put any coffee, tea or sources of caffeine in an MRE. We counted on that stuff when the calories started to wear off.
Overall, it still looks better than most of what we had in MREs 25-30 years ago (I'm looking at you, Dehydrated Pork Patty). Thanks for the look at a new one.
Mixing the Reese’s with the Trail mix is genius :). The cheese was actually not bad at all, and I don’t think the First Strick bar has caffeine, but it certainly may. In fact, I get it does as there was no coffee or tea. Thanks for watching!

tbh, the chicken chunks smells funky, like something you could smell when you open a can of dog food 🥺

The chicken and sauce really didn't taste good at all with the tortilla in my opinion.
Hated the chicken chunks only traded it for the side
I ate it cold and hot. It was delicious hot with the cheese melted and a warm tortilla. I gave it a 10. You made it wrong to. You where supposed to pour the Buffalo sauce into the chicken bag and let it marinate
It's appalling how many times what you think winds up being wrong. I hope your not an actual dr prescribing what you think is right to patients smh
Is not bad for complete trash food. On the other hand no one outside the military should eat such junk.
Some of them are very good, some are bad. In basic i loved the spaghetti, and alfredo, but others i couldnt stomache. These things screw with your digestive system as well, but they are very filling. The more physically active you arr the better they taste
