@Anambra1st son, I sincerely join your numerous admirers and well wishers in thanking God for his bountiful blessing and celebration of your magnificent cozy office/studio and new equipment. May his promotions continually multiple in your life and your organization in Jesus name Amen. Congrats and thanks for the eye view fun city new equipment and new hotel site.what is the fate of the abandoned 6 storey hotel complex beside shoprite at onitsha? Keep it up and see you at the state house and Alex Ekwueme square update. Have a splendid week end and regards to the family.
Thanks Nwanne I really appreciate, I believe the governor and his team are working on it. I will update you guys soon on Ekwueme Square, thanks once again my regards to your family 🙏
It's only God that knows how beautiful our dear state would be in the next five years plus when governor Soludo might have achieved his vision for Anambra state. I can see a mega state emerging with a massive infrastructural developments that will cause many Igbo residents in other regions migrating back to their region.
Prof Charles Soludo should dualize that road from finotel hotel down to amansea, then from that main entrance to awka wonderland road Relocate those aboki selling meats, tomatoes etc along that road
Soludo has a real vision to take Anambra to the next level. I am so happy that he follows his words with deeds. Those who said he was just making empty noise to build a 5-star hotel at the ICC to complement the edifice will now cover their faces in shame. Thank God for Soludo's vision!
Congratulations on your new studio. More growth. The solution innovation district is already under construction from what I saw today, please update us on that development when you have time.
So is the contract for "the construction of pile foundation" or for building the hotel? Which one and why should the construction of pile foundation be separately handled? Just asking.?
They should build factories where we can process our palm nuts into palm oil, and the palm kernel to vegetable oil. Where we can process our Cocoa to tea; where we can process our cotton to Ankara and other fibrics..... They should foolishly stop building hotels for crying aloud sake.....
See the surrounding empty environment, so it all means that the past governors of Anambra state did little or nothing to develop our dear state capital, Soludo, daárụ❤
The main problem of Anambra State or Soludo's regime is inability to tolerate constructive criticism. Every critic is regarded as an enemy and set upon by an army of praise singers, calling them Imo, Ebonyi etc. With this mindset, no improvement is possible. Even Akwa Ibom State managed to build a 20+ story Hilton Hotel at Ikot Ekpene and here we are stressing about piling foundation.
Which constructive criticism are you talking about? There is hardly any of that in Nigeria altogether. It's all very petty sentiments and politician fanboy undertones. Any criticism that doesn't have a good logic and no mention of context is not a criticism just ranting. Logic/context means things like cost involved, the revenue/igr of government and the other criterias etc. You can't cherry pick what suits your criticism otherwise that's just ignorant politics which normal people keep doing in naija. That's what only real politicians should do. Akwa ibom govt revenue is closer to South east govt revenue combined yet you are making that comparison. That's not constructive criticism. The only way Anambra/SE can move forward is to have sustainable planned development over at least 15 years by working together on high level skill and infrastructure development because their govt don't have the money to do it state by state.
@@eaglei2143They don't know that the monthly allocation of Akwa-Ibom, Delta, and Rivers is almost that of the whole SE combined. They want Soludo to spend the same amount of money at the disposal of Delta or Akwa-Ibom when constructing roads.
@@Babs_De_Don they don't know and they don't care, that's why they are both ignorant and their criticism is purely based on political sentiment. Of course some governors are also just crooks so lack of performance etc is not solely based on lack of revenue. But I think soludo isn't in that league. He even came 1st in fiscal transparency last year. Altogether SE revenue is just too small to compete with big oil states and Lagos in infrastructure individually. They must work together if they are as intelligent as we claim
@@eaglei2143 Precisely what I said earlier. I am even surprised this post has not been hidden or deleted. Please note that people who comment here do so for the good of Iboland and most are not even anywhere near the shores of Nigeria. So any criticisms of the regime is made in good faith not because of any flipping political whatever. The issue with Soludo isn't about finitude of resources but his use of whatever resources available in substandard constructions. Yes Akwa Ibom is oil producing and all that, but Anambra state has the most robust tax base in Nigeria outside of Lagos. Is Adamawa state also oil -producing? But take a look at the Jimeta interchange built by the state and compare with roads being built in Onitsha e.g. Niger street along the river Niger which has fallen apart within 6 months of commissioning. And despite the hue and cry of concerned citizens, Onitsha roads remain unmarked, upswept with sand dunes encroaching on all of them. So please soldier on and continue defending the indefensible.
The fun city equipment are poorly stored it will result in surface damage of the material even before use do we even have any quality check team on this project? Stacking steel material like this is really bad for a finished product all the anti corrosion protection spray of the steel surface will start to damage and within few days it will start showing signs of rust.
The installation of those equipments will commence soon, they are done with casting the bases, they're working round the clock to make sure the Fun city is ready before Yuletide season, its for security that's why they are kept there are military and police securing that area
Thanks for the update. May God continue to uplifts you as you are working diligently showcasing our state in a positive manner. You are simply the best
