I started watching this series when I was trying to improve my English (I'm french). This was the first show I decided to watch without subtitles. Wrong decision ^^
I really hate it when shows lose their main characters, it’s just ruins the show imo. Like the show can still be good due to the writing and the new characters may be good but then it’s just not the same show anymore. It gives me that “what could’ve been” feeling. Two examples: Misfits & Community. Both incredible shows that died down due to the cast leaving
oh my gosh ive LITERALLY been thinking nathan is the troy of misfits (or, i guess you could say donald glover pulled a robert sheehan lol) (also i said troy of misfits bc i only recently watched misfits but I've already seen community)

After Nathan was gone I just couldn't watch anymore, I tried several times but kept losing interest and didn't get further than 2-3 episodes. I rarely keep watching a show when they replace the original cast, not sure why they do it.
Sm0k4bl3 I couldn't despite the fact I missed him. But now I'm in season 4 and you really learn to get emotionally attached to Rudy's character after a certain event. I'm glad I kept watching
Season 1 was amazing, Season 2 was getting outstanding, 3 was really good then that above went way down hill, yes Rudy is sometimes funny but they will never replace the old group.

His power was always a reminder of his and the group's emotion...time turned back whenever he felt remorse or guilt or fear, it also showed us how he was still haunted with his past decisions. The producers I don't think gave us enough to connect to Rudy, Finn and Jess before yanking the original cast away so when they left, I was kinda like wtf, who are these people?

I don't even know why exactly, but I guess there's a reason when guys behave like Nathan and make stupid jokes all the time. Because deep down they are hurt and do care. I love those characters and Robert is doing a pretty good job (he's got something; I can't stop looking at thim in this video; beautiful eyes ;))...

I liked Rudy alright, and the rest of the new characters, but there will never be a more lovable, funny, and messed up group than the original crew. I'd like to see a special with Nathan and what he's been up to for the last seven years.
Iwan and Robert are my 2 fav actors on the show. Iwan is a very skilled actor. look at him in real life and he's confident and fun.his character on the other hand is a very shy and introverted...he perfectly captures each little tremble of speach and manners. Robert is just a very fun loving and outspoken guy, and that carries over very well into his character. seriously, love these guys and this show.
I know how Simon could have survived and stayed with Alisha without affecting the timeline: If before he went back he gets the power of immunity to fire, then he can go back in time, wear a bullet proof jumper, and fake his death, then when Alisha burns his body and walks away, he could just get up and go into hiding. While Alisha is falling in love with him as he was, he can give the power of immunity to fire to Seth, who can give it to him when he is about to go back. He then (somehow) tells the present day Simon to go back (with instructions on what to do) and future Simon carries on living with Alisha
i know this is like 3 years old but i always wondered why curtis didnt bring back the iguana from the dead and then they could have given simon the time travel power where you come back. i feel like it would have really affected the timeline but i guess i get why the writers did that... so simon and alisha can leave the show? i guess? idk
Shes playing with her tongue piercing, thats why she probably looks like shes making awkward expressions. Its just a form of fiddling. When shes taking her turn to speak, she seems fine. Im sure shes used to it by now anyway.

Did the director say, " just be yourself, ready, action!" When it's on the show it's hilarious, but when its in reality it's awkward. Robert and Lauren have really good chemistry, as with all the cast-- it will be difficult to replace.
Amazing show until Nathan left. He went to do Mortal instruments. He's wonderful in Umbrella Academy. Great actor. And they have wonderful chemistry together.

I'm an American - and I want to understand the British accent thing. Does Lauren have a Cockney accent? Or .... what? Is she English and slurring her speech? Love her, just asking is all. I hated Nathan in the first couple of episodes, but then grew to love him. Was really pissed when he left. Then by season three almost all the original cast moved on - wasn't the same show anymore.
