Ive always said that they have such a diverse range of songs that everyone, no matter their musical tastes, will love at least one of their songs. There songs "My Selene" and "Everything Fades to Gray" are my two favorites. Some other suggestions for you: 1) Something Corporate - Konstantine (My favorite song of all time) 2) Jack's Mannequin - Swim (we had a brief convo in previous comments about this song) 3) Andrew McMahon in the Wilderness - Cecilia and the Satelite 4) The Aquabats! - Bunny Teeth (not your usual style but a personal favorite. Also one of the silliest love songs ive ever heard) Suggestions 1, 2 and 3 are all bands with the same songwriter/vocalist. Love your stuff. Keep on keeping on!
CHIEF!! Welcome back brother! This is an absolute banger that Ceci recommended. I’ve listened to this one so many times today. It definitely has so many elements in this one. I love the journey’ness (is that a word?) theme throughout the song; it reminds me of Loreena McKinnett’s The Highway Man where you just get lost in that story feeling. I feel like I get just a hint of maybe some Evans Blue here and there. And I almost want to say some Jack Black/Tenacious D runs around the 7:45 mark. So glad you did a reaction on this one 💯🙏 🤘
