Wow I just watched the previous video from a seminar taught by Dr and Master Sha about the secret to opening up your third. He said to focus on what looks like sacral and root chakra. I noticed that I when I focused on that area I could feel the energy move up ward through my solar plexus and to my heart. I have not been able to move energy like this in a long time
i remember the first time i seeb dr.sha it was on techtv/g4 :) in the good old days when it was still good and he made me so happy now i look at his videos now and again to get that little happyness hahaha
