This statement is the very definition of a major component of integrity. My Grandfather had many aspects of his personality that were similar to Cullen Bohannon. Of course, in the post-Civil War years it was vastly different, rougher, more lawless. My grandfather was a Policeman on horse patrol. He ruffled a lot of feathers in his refusal to be corrupted. He was so hated by most of the other cops that they were planning to have him murdered. He got wind of it, in time. His police chief knew that my grandfather knew a lot of dirt on everyone. He & my grandmother & their daughters were hidden to protect them, prior to him testifying in court. Afterwards, he had to leave the police force. Although many of the dirty cops went to prison, there were a few who didn't. He had to live under an alias for a few years. My grandfather took his family way out into a country acreage. Back then, it would have been nearly impossible to find him. The class action lawsuit against the police force dragged on for a long time, was only settled, 20 years after my grandparents had died from natural causes. My grandfather put my name in his last will & testament to receive whatever money was due to him if my grandmother had passed on. Someone who knew of the settlement tried tracking my grandparents down, found that they were deceased, then, looked for me. I received the money long after my grandparents had passed on. It was bittersweet.
This scene was basically the culmination of all introductory plots. Everyone is present, everyone is seen. Then begins the destructive elements that move towards the show’s conclusion. An amazing cinematic and musical moment for the show.
I'm french, so I don't have this channel, but I watched Breaking Bad, The Walking Dead, and now Hell on Wheels so I am telling myslef : "are all the good american series broadcasted by AMC ?" but I also enjoyed the 2 "Band of Brothers" series, Rome and Game of Thrones, so I think HBO also is a good channel ^^
Recent studies have shown the instrument we know as a banjo might have originated in Ireland independently from West Africa granted they are very similar but it’s very likely it was discovered independently because of the limitations we have with stringed instruments
Well,win this came out .,i was 14.it was everwhere, log ke a anthon.very timessless,huh like bary..hit that mainline,whicwill continue,forever...thus sayth,varry. Wadda u thinkh
I hate how people keep comparing this show to Deadwood and how it's inferior. Both of these two shows are great in different senses. I think Hell on Wheels camptures the west and how savage it was a lot better then Deadwood but Deadwood and had better writers bc lets face it it's hard to beat David Milch. However I don't think people in the west with little too no education were speaking almost in In Verse with curse words lol.
"For a man like you, his word is stronger than any set of shackles."
I know what that’s like.. different job, and a different time is all
I hate that shit against a long arm, but it's true my word and hand shake is my bond, not many of us left.

The second song is the one I want cant find it anywhere.
@Sheqardi, that's because blue grass is derived from african music, the banjo is an african instrument, brought over by slaves.
Recent studies have shown the instrument we know as a banjo might have originated in Ireland independently from West Africa granted they are very similar but it’s very likely it was discovered independently because of the limitations we have with stringed instruments

Anyone know when the new season comes out?
Anybody know the name of the song they did in the "Viva la Mexico" episode?
I wish cullen would have stayed in the army under grant instead of going to find mei
Me too Mei looked like she was 12 for like 3/4 of her scenes. I wish they didn’t kill of Lilly bell.
@@baskinrobinsons7991 cullen also still had from from hell on wheels like Psalms & Mickey
STRANGE457DOOR YT yeah they should have given him at least some contact with his friends at the Union Pacific.
If he stayed in the army then he would've killed more people which he was tired of doing, he just wanted to live a peaceful life
But can't you just imagine what life for him would have been like in 1870 China!
Best for gamer and i want some astodio for game this is best ifia
