To my totally uninitiated ears it sounds like if Adele had released the single when she was 20 years old. Bit higher tone, bit less gravel and soul, bit less pain coming thru, still absolutely wonderful.

Mike is on Jeff Buckley Freddie ,Mercury ,and yes Dimash levels of talent. He's known as the man with a 1000 voices. We almost ''lost'' her talent to nightclub singing due to her being overlooked because of these silly criteria. She finally found her footing in the industry after 4 years singing in nightclubs.(Not easy to do as a hijabi Muslim in a predominantly Muslim country- shows her grit) Look at her now, arguably the consensus no 1 rising talent in her country.
