You guys made an entertaining duo in the gym, and I was reminded of a delt exercise I haven’t done in years so true bonus.

You get used to the tanning, the only reason I dislike it is that you end up standing there covered in liquid which leaves you freezing cold 🥶 as it evaporates, lol.
@@ForgeMasterXXL I'm good bro I'll pass, I think our love for bodybuilding is in the way we train and having good gym etiquette,if Im hungry for money I will compete coz that's the only incentive to go pro if u think about it, also recognition,but still the tanning is obstacle,so much that it's not even a consideration,there are other ways to make money and alot more
