#1. I will tell you what the 3 hardest interview questions are. These questions will come up during your interview, and you must prepare a confident answer for each one.
#2. I tell you WHY the hiring manager is asking you each of these 3 interview questions. If you know why the question is being asked, it empowers you to give a top-scoring answer!

Richard, i have been watching your videos and you deserve all the recognition, you do a great service to people and the world. I must say that i recently had a very successful interview and i moved to the next phase, however i was given a psychometric test and to my surprise i did not pass, i have to say it was after a long day at work and late at night so i was not in the best shape, i recommend everyone to do it when you are fresh and in a quiet space. But since i had performed pretty well i guess in my interview, they are giving me another opportunity, what material would you suggest i can review, to help me be successful in the test? Thank you so much for all the help and tips that you give us every day.
I had my first internship (IT-related) interview today, towards the end I was asked what I hope to achieve at the end of the internship.
I answered by saying: I would hope to work with more experienced people & learn from them and contribute back to the company (ie help others within the company if needed).
What do you think of this answer?

If I were interviewing people for a job, I would certainly not hire someone who said they have no weaknesses, as for weaknesses in the job description I prefer them to be honest as you could be caught out if you get hire.
I completely agree that you should always be honest in any interview :)
