It’s not really a filter. I record on my iPhone XS MAX. Then I hit “edit” straight from the photo gallery and I edit the shadows, warmth, tint and vibrancy 💕😺

The mini 11 have a better camera but the mini 9 looks more aesthetic than the mini 11. However, i suggest you to buy the mini 11 because it's more improved.
