You actually want your opponent expecting an approach shot to their backhand, because then, when you throw in the occasional approach to their forehand, it's very effective. The win percentage rises to 78%. But again, that's only because it's a changeup.

Why doesn't this channel organize it's material by level and by gender? What a male pro does doesn't give any useful information to 99% of players who are an 8 UTR or under, and for basically any women players except for college and pro.
