I totally forgot about the Thursday night live. I work and I’m usually too exhausted to watch any videos during the week, since I have to wake up every week day at 5 am.
I hope you can help me. I did a big chop back in April because i had my hair bleached and then my hair went limp. About 5 inches of hair with no curls. My hair had reached my bra strap. I left it that way for about a year. Fast forward to now. I have great shoulder length hair in the front, like you. I get compliments all the time. Great volume on my second and third day. However, the back of my hair has this shrinkage. Not even all of my back nair. It's mainly the 2 inches or so closest to my neck. When i use kinky curly, it helps stretch it out, but then it does look kind of stuff. I then alternate with the LUS brands complete set. It leaves some frizz inspite of them recommending to add their oil for that. It doesn't help, but im ok with that, but the shrinkage is big back there. I do also use their deep conditioner. I use complete sets of which ever brand i am trying. Can you recommend for me some other brand that can help with the shrinkage but doesn't leave my hair stiff? It's literally like if i look down, my back hair stays in the air. It use to not do that before my chop, nor years ago when my hair was all shoulder length. I believe my hair is a 3B almost everywhere, but the back like a 3C, and my front edges like a 4A, but nothing that a gel can't smooth down. Thank you.
Hey! Lus brand is high in glycerin. Glycerin is high in the ingredients list making this product high in humectant which equal frizz. Depending where you live and weather glycerin free product is the way to go. Glycerin and humidity = frizz Glycerin and cold weather = dry hair. You might want to consider dew points before using glycerin or other humectants this includes aloe and some oils.
Unfortunately natural hair is still looked at as messy and unprofessional. There was a study and people who wore their natural hair were less like to get hired in the corporate world. It's so sad.
watchign this from 2021 with Taylor's new sickening big chop
I'm watching M.A.D. CURLS Ladies!
Really sad that I'm no longer able to attend the lives now on Thursdays. At least I can view them the next day. Enjoy your videos.
Darn...I have to get use to the new schedule! I hardly EVER miss a Live. Love you guys! 🤗🤗🤗
So sad I missed the live tonight! My birthday is tomorrow so I’ve been prepping! Just checking in! Love you guys! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I have thought/felt the same way about the chat as well but I just tried not to take it personal
Do you have any reviews on R+co products?
