Some ppl don’t know that antiperspirant means anti-sweat. If your used to those deodorants, your probably going to sweat noticeably more if you go on something like native. Try it when your at home or for a week where your not going anywhere formal, see if your body regulates and gets used to no antiperspirant before jumping in the deep end and starting using native on a work day with a white top.
Native’s just shit. It’s ok. Even for a non-antiperspirant. It’s garbage deodorant that apparently has the ability to expand their diaspora of fragrances to blue raspberry sour candy but can’t cater to anyone who works out more than 30 mins or has a job/ a life.
I actually bought the body mist and honestly she was right. I got it 2 months ago and it's not even halfway through (I spray like 2 to 3 times a day) so you only have to spend the 15 bucks every 5 to 6 months
Okay, so for anyone who wants to know the difference between antiperspirant and deodorant: Stink is caused by bacteria on your body that produces a gas when it comes in contact with your sweat. YOU don’t stink, the bacteria does. So, antiperspirants and deodorants deal with this issue in different ways - Antiperspirant: It actually blocks you from being able to sweat. So less sweat = less contact with the bacteria = less stink. Deodorant: It’s basically putting perfume on before you sweat (although I’m sure some sort of occlusive type ingredient in the deodorant maybe can help prevent the smells from making it past the occlusive barrier? That’s just a guess though. Idk if that is real.) Then there are things like Lume. Which I wouldn’t even call a deodorant because it kills off the bacteria, allowing you to sweat without worry of smelling. You can do the same exact thing with glycolic acid under the arms though. So, Antiperspirant if you want to be dry and not sweat so you don’t smell. Deodorant if you want to sweat and smell sweet. And lume/glycolic acid to allow your sweat glands to sweat freely and not get stinky. Hope this clears things up!

Enough with the fear lingering. There is absolutely nothing wrong with anti perspirant deodorants. Not all of us want wet armpits, and stop scaring people who use deodorants with them. To each their own.
Antiperspirant is less than ideal bc sweating is part of the body’s natural way of expelling toxins. Aluminum is known to cause cancer. Hence why you shouldn’t purchase deodorant, dry shampoo, etc. with it. A lot of times aluminum is found in antiperspirants, too. I used all of the above until I learned that it’s bad for the body. IMO it’s got less to do with fear-mongering and more to do with health concerns. But of course anyone can use what they’d like on their body at the end of the day
@@lmnop3023you can expel toxins all you want, some of us don’t want to walk around like a biohazard smelling like some putrid onions. the literature on aluminum is mixed, there is no one cohesive study that shows it for a fact causes cancer. just stop.
Who cares? Everything gives you cancer nowadays anyway. If you wanna use antiperspirant than use it, but don’t pretend like no sweat is natural cause its not
If u want your deodorant to work use one that says antiperspirant that has aluminum. That’s what makes it work. Deodorant without it is literally just like perfume for your armpits and won’t actually stop sweating. That’s what the aluminum is for, to actually stop sweating. It’s not bad for your or harmful. Natural deodorant does nothing just add scent, so then you smell like shit and flowers in your armpits. Real deodorant will clog the pores to stop sweat from coming out at all.

Zero “toxins” come out through the skin. In fact sweat is 99% water and 1% fat and salt. The notion that we sweat our toxins was made up to sell saunas and sweat belts. While it can help lose water weight and maybe feels good. It doesn’t have any function other than to cool the body :)
@@Princessm1320 you should look under the replies this person has from actual professionals that have debunked everything this person and others have claimed, that aside I just know these are some smelly mfs we’re dealing with here, they’re likely in denial and want to find any reason to justify it.
For those with sensitive under arms like me, native is okay but you might want to try their sensitive line, it is the same as their other deodorants, just without baking soda which might cause a rash. Like many people said, native is a bit more expensive and doesnt last a long time if you sweat more. If you just want to avoid aluminum, look for aluminium free deodorants, secret already has some, if you want baking soda free and aluminum, ivory has some that are awesome and last way longer than native (honestly my go to) but i only ever find it in like target or cvs. Not to mention are way cheaper. Many brands have a more variety now, you dont have to just buy a "natural" deodorant because it is better for you, buy one that suits your needs more. And yes aluminum is bad for you but just do the research and decide if you care enough to use an aluminum free one And yes antiperspirants are supposed to make you not sweat instead of just masking the smell like deodorants hence the name antiperspirant. But if you are curious as to what the main issue is, basically deodorants and antiperspirants contain aluminum, its what helps deodorants and antiperspirants do its job. As for natural deodorants without aluminum, they just sub aluminium for baking soda (usually). Baking soda not only does the job aluminum does but it also doesnt pose the risk of breast cancer like aluminum does. Also i would like to note that many people including myself buy natural deodorants, not for the trend or to be bougie but because of sensitive under arms (i personally have H.S. and i tend to get flare ups on my armpits) or because they are allergic. :)
Instead of the cream that got rid of the bumps on the back of your arms I would recommend the Cera Ve version I don't know what it's called but it works
honestly, dove works for me! like if I were to use like secret or native it would make me smell good but I would sweat a lot. but a lot of ppl have different products that work for them.
Whatever works for you, go for it and leave people be on whichever they want to use. And yes, Natural Deodorants do work. See this is what many people don’t understand, before you transition from an Aluminum to a ND, you have to detox your armpits in order for it to work (bentonite clay and ACV, mixed). Leave on armpits for 3-5 mins. Rinse, 2 x a week. Try it if you really want to try ND 🙋🏽♀️
I’ll say this I tried using a “natural” deodorant and baby when I tell you I was MUSTYYYYYY and to make it worse it actually turned my armpits dark! Soon as I stopped using it everything went back to normal and yes I’m talking about “Native” it didn’t work for me. 🤷🏽♀️😂
Thissssssss! Some ppl may be more sensitive to it but there’s literally nothing wrong with it. I use spray instead of a roll on now cause I used to get really bad reactions and it helped so much better cause I could control how much I could put on. Natural deodorants just make me sweat more 😭😭
While I agree that some natural deodorants aren’t the best- natural deodorants do and can work. I have hyperhidrosis (excessive sweat yay) and I use a natural deodorant that works really really well and doesn’t have a weird smell like some of them do.
Same, it's because of the baking soda in it. That's why they have a sensitive line, it's just the same sents but without baking soda. Honestly I have H.S. and aluminum deodorants tend to make my flare ups under my arms worse so I switched to natural deodorants but most arent as strong or have baking soda in them. If you want a natural deodorant that lasts and wont give you a rash I recommend Ivory deodorants. Make sure it says baking soda free. But yeah cheaper and last way longer. Plus they smell nice.
I use dove it works amazing for me and they have great scents lol I definitely recommend it even tho she showed those and basically said not to get them
Ooh, I love Dr. Bonners and right on the pre poo oiling of hair ends b4 shampooing and the tidbit about protecting oneself from aluminum based or anti perspiring deodorant is spot on❤
Girly, I’m so happy that you don’t sweat, but the aluminum is the active ingredient that makes people stop sweating. Granted, I also have sensitive skin so I can’t use the aluminum stuff all the time. But I try and switch between the two, because the amount I sweat means that normal deodorant doesn’t cut it.
Girl that bottle of ouai is like 100 dollars but I do have the regular size for free and it’s the most amazing leave in conditioner ever and smells amazing I can’t lie 😭😭✋✋
I can confirm with the coconut miracle oil that it does work! I use it every morning before I go to school when I'm doing my hair and ever since I've been using it, my hair has been so much more softer, so much more shiny, it's smells AMAZING and it REALLY makes my wavy hair SUPER wavy❤
Unfortunately, most perfumes/scents are generally 15 dollars or more 😔 But bath and body works had a huge sale recently and all their body mists were on sale for like five bucks lol (the full size ones were). They also have minis too!
I prefer the Lume cream deodorant (right after the shower) because it stops the smell from sweat without stopping you from sweating. I also add Native deodorant on top sometimes just to smell nice (because lume doesn't really smell like anything).
WOWWWW! I haven't heard that song since I was a teenager! Is that connected by Sarah Paxon from the aquamarine movie?... That's my movie... Imma watch that later. Perfect summer movie.
I made the switch off antiperspirant deodorant when i started taking fenugreek supplements. Never had to use ANY form of deodorant again because now I just smell like maple syrup. There was no issue with my smell while using antiperspirant deodorant except the fact i would get extremely painful swollen lymph nodes, cysts, abscess, you name it, CONSISTENTLY in my armpit that would take so long to go away. Hasn't happened since ! I also don't sweat as much anymore
The best deodorant I've ever used that doesn't stain clothes, is melt coconut oil either in a jar or a bowl with a lid and mix in some arrowroot powder. I've worked out at the gym, been through a summer season in S. Padre not once sweating or smelling. I mix lavender oil in mine.
Oh how I wish I was a teenager, I would be a bit more mature get to go shopping for skincare/makeup/body products more! And I woild have beautiful skin! 😻💞

I was buying the most expensive perfumes.. hair products.. make up.. now I buy what I can afford.. and save if it’s something I really want.. 😩😆💫. Just because it’s expensive, doesn’t mean it’s good. And just bc it’s cheap doesn’t mean it’s bad.. and vice versa.
Lilac and white tea is literally my favorite deodorant from native!💖💖
Thanks for some cool ideas!!
Some of these items are amazing and a few are okay! Thanks for the choices! 💜💜💜
Okay but some of us need the anti-perspirant 😅
(Deodorant helps with BO, anti-perspirants help with sweat)
not sweating is unhealthy. it keeps toxins inside your body, it feels really uncomfortable, but overall it helps your health
This video has such a special place in my heart already! Truly, I adore the positivity and happiness this room has created for you ken! Cannot wait to see it in all of your new vids ❤
I love your vid’s! 😍
awwww i love you!! 💕
Love the classic press on’s at target
Enough with the fear lingering. There is absolutely nothing wrong with anti perspirant deodorants. Not all of us want wet armpits, and stop scaring people who use deodorants with them. To each their own.
they usually have aluminum which is bad for the skin. also anti perspirant just isnt good for you and stops ur body from doing what it's supposed to
Antiperspirant is less than ideal bc sweating is part of the body’s natural way of expelling toxins.
If you wanna use antiperspirant than use it, but don’t pretend like no sweat is natural cause its not
@@lmnop3023but let me guess! You got all of the vaccines didn't you?
😂🙄
Lovely products. I wish target was around the corner everywhere
Real deodorant will clog the pores to stop sweat from coming out at all.
it kills bacteria so you don’t stink
Sweating helps do a lot of things, such as helping clear your body of toxins. I’m a very sweaty person, but that’s a good thing. It might feel bad, but trust me, antiperspirant deodorants are terrible for you, because they stop you from sweating. I know you’re not gonna listen to me, but I’m gonna try because not sweating is extremely unhealthy, and can keep toxic things inside your body
@@mad_m4x675 I’m a nurse btw ☺️sweating does not expel toxins. That’s a myth. The only way we expel toxins is through our bowl movements and pee. That’s what our liver is for! Zero “toxins” come out through the skin. In fact sweat is 99% water and 1% fat and salt. The notion that we sweat our toxins was made up to sell saunas and sweat belts. While it can help lose water weight and maybe feels good. It doesn’t have any function other than to cool the body :)
@@mad_m4x675true but who wants to walk around smelly and the most important thing wet at school or elsewhere because of sweat
And yes aluminum is bad for you but just do the research and decide if you care enough to use an aluminum free one
And yes antiperspirants are supposed to make you not sweat instead of just masking the smell like deodorants hence the name antiperspirant.
We need more of this series 🫶🏻
Remember everyone you don’t need all these things to be beautiful
thank you I was feeling very sad cuz I don't have these
honestly, dove works for me! like if I were to use like secret or native it would make me smell good but I would sweat a lot. but a lot of ppl have different products that work for them.
I repeat: there is nothing wrong with aluminium and natural deodorants do not work!
It can also give you a rash. I’ve tried a few and every single one didn’t work and broke my arm pits out.
I love how she picks things that are really good not popular!
Native gave me a huge rash under my arms. “Natural” is not always better :)

Those frenshe sprays are awesome. I have the green one and matching oil. I smell good all day
I use dove it works amazing for me and they have great scents lol
I definitely recommend it even tho she showed those and basically said not to get them
Stick to what works for you
i love the leave-in conditioner it smells sooooooo good!!!
Absolutely awesome routine at target ❤
Glad you liked it!!❤
girly ur vibe is slaying and u slay
Ooh, I love Dr. Bonners and right on the pre poo oiling of hair ends b4 shampooing and the tidbit about protecting oneself from aluminum based or anti perspiring deodorant is spot on❤
Omg! That light green frenshe spray smells sooo goood
the coconut vanilla native deodorant smells so good omg 😍
This is a good list. Realistic $100 glow up. Love ❤❤❤❤
Your voice is so calming 😮 You should do ASMR ❤
Girly, I’m so happy that you don’t sweat, but the aluminum is the active ingredient that makes people stop sweating. Granted, I also have sensitive skin so I can’t use the aluminum stuff all the time. But I try and switch between the two, because the amount I sweat means that normal deodorant doesn’t cut it.
I LOVE YOUR VOICE! 😭
🎉good voice!🎉
@@elizaash358mhm!
For press on nails I would recommend splurging on them so you can get nice ones that aren’t paper thin
Girl that bottle of ouai is like 100 dollars but I do have the regular size for free and it’s the most amazing leave in conditioner ever and smells amazing I can’t lie 😭😭✋✋
I can confirm with the coconut miracle oil that it does work! I use it every morning before I go to school when I'm doing my hair and ever since I've been using it, my hair has been so much more softer, so much more shiny, it's smells AMAZING and it REALLY makes my wavy hair SUPER wavy❤
she just called me broke in 70 languages
You can’t afford soap and deodorant?
Antiperspirant are a must for me! I love the smell of the native but I would still sweat with it on.
y would u avoid antiperspirant?? it stops sweating rather then masking it up
I can vouch for the KP scrub!!
loved it
I love the Frenshe Lavender Cloud and Cashmere Vanilla rn I’m using Lavender Cloud 💜
I also use the same Native Lilac and White Tea 😂
Me looking for real school supplies. 💅😂
The native deodorant smells so good but I have to apply it every hour!!! Quai leave in is sooo good and smells amazing
There’s nothing wrong with aluminium in antiperspirant
aluminum has been linked to breast cancer so that’s not really true
Such a calming voice
Only $15💀💀 am I broke or is this just expensive? 😔😔😔
It’s expensive! You are not alone!
Unfortunately, most perfumes/scents are generally 15 dollars or more 😔 But bath and body works had a huge sale recently and all their body mists were on sale for like five bucks lol (the full size ones were). They also have minis too!
@@Cute_pets_855 Their body care sales are so good at around $5! And they do them often 🥳
@@Sufferingsassafrass Frrrrr
No, I thought the same - it’s too much for a body splash.
I actually already use alot of these products! So I think I’m good. That leave in conditioner smells sooo good I don’t have any atm
I don’t think u need a glow up like fr look at u ✨🩷🌸☁️
Those razors are my favorite and Costco has them. Better bang for your buck! 💕
any recommendations for studying? xx
flash cards!!! or creating songs with the information to remember better
luv ur videos btw
you should do a Christmas Eve night routine and or shopping
Natural deodorant and KP products didn’t work for me ☹️ Not every product works well for everyone. I definitely want to try the Ouai leave in.
no ouai i love ur target!
Just for information antidepressant is not a deodorant one keeps you from sweating one is to keep orders at bay.
ANTIDEPRESSANTS don't do either of those things hun, they are for depression.
Me, picturing someone eating antidepressants, hoping it’ll reduce the sweat lol
I love this, thank you!😊
Why avoid deodorant with aluminum?
Especialy for women since they use it near their breasts, it can cause cancer
some people are allergic 😅
because it stops you from sweating, which stops you from removing the toxins from your body. it doesn’t seem like a big deal, but it is
Sweating is natural, it is unhealthy to stop sweating in any area because you can keep toxins in
Because it is a toxin and it is harmful to your health.
I love how u can’t help getting Starbucks first! Slay ✨
It's school, you're going to learn. No wonder we're so low on the list.
These are actually beautiful recommendations ❤ thanks 🙏
Men razors are THE best razors, I will never buy any girl razors again
I prefer the Lume cream deodorant (right after the shower) because it stops the smell from sweat without stopping you from sweating. I also add Native deodorant on top sometimes just to smell nice (because lume doesn't really smell like anything).
Native deo causes rashes on a lot of people. And dove has fantastic aluminum-free options 😊
LMFAO the lady driving at the end 😂😂
So pretty live this so much!!💗
Tysm for the recommendations! 💖 I love ur videos
Love the native deodorant! Been using their body wash recently too and it smells so nice
I want to try those linen hair mist!!😮
I strongly agree with the dove one in my case because I used it and caused several allergic reactions
Thx for the recommendation so
sweet of u.
Please do more of these videos there so good and entertaining 💕🎀
A deodorant without aluminum is good because if it has aluminum it can leave white marks on clothing. I don't personally like Native but I use Tom's of Maine, it's aluminum-free and not an antiperspirant but I don't notice a difference!
This helped me glow up so much ❤❤
I love how you really bought the items and showed it at the end 😂❤
omg you’re the only person i’ve seen get the same drink as me from starbucks 😄
The whole aluminum thing was disproven. Some people need it and the native stuff doesn’t cut it
