Hey Art, I never get tired of listening to any of your songs. They are timeless in my brain. I crank them up, my wife and I dance, it takes me back to an awesome time. Thank you.
When I heard World of Noise came out, it blew my mind. Then Sparkle and Fade came out and changed my life. And So Much for the Afterglow saved my life. Every album of theirs that I bought after that has been a thank you note from me to them. Art will always be a legend that I’ll never be able to repay.
The story of 90's rock can't be told without mentioning Everclear. They had more hits than most others in that era, but are never given the credit they deserve. Everclear should be strongly considered for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
The Songs From An American Movie records have both helped me through some of the worst and darkest times in my life, but I’ve come out with a wonderful wife and a beautiful baby boy and am just so grateful for artists like these guys to have such a powerful impact on me and my life. Thanks Art and the rest of the guys in Everclear for helping me to get past the worst of anxiety and addiction. Rock on fellas.
WOW , I'm glad he mentioned COLORFINGER . Sometimes I think he forgot where he got his start . With those good old boys from COLORFINGER. I think we were too rowdy for him in the early days . We never got our chance to tell our story . It was fun times . Art if you read this please re release Deep in the Heart of the Beast in the Sun . One of your best albums .
I still love everclear more than anything... that music got me though my dad dying... and the biggest crush on Art... lol. Saw them live so many times. I was pulled up on stage age 16 at the big stink 6 and it was the best moment... Everclear forever! Portland forever.
There are about a half dozen Everclear songs that I listen to that helps me cope with stuff from my past. Sometimes, it's Fire Maple Song or Portland Rain that gets me over the hump and through.
It’s too bad what happened to Greg and Craig… Bands that replace original members (legacy bands) are not my thing. Haven’t cared to hear anything new since Songs From an American Move V1. I sound like a jerk, but, Everclear does hold a place in my heart and MANY memories. EDIT: I just finished the episode, and my feelings towards Art have changed. I think life has humbled him a little. Sending good vibes for dealing with MS.
You're not sound like a jerk. I also have the same thoughts about what you think about Everclear. I have all its discography with Greg and Craig except the last two records that I will buy them someday and that's it. Hope Art is doing okay whatever project he is doing in the present and the future.
After my Nirvana phase I took on the EverClear life and to this day sadly I have never been able to see them in concert but enjoy their music. I'm hoping to see them on their next tour if they come anywhere near me.
Black is the New Black is one of the BADDEST motherfuckin rock records out there. What a fucking Hammer of Thor… those guitar tones and bass and drums give me an all day erector set 🤘
SO FREAKING EXCITED! World of Noise is one of my favorite albums of all time! Got to hang out with them after a gig at The Warehouse in La Crosse, WI when when the album was coming out. I was waiting for my brother who was lighting the show. The guys were cool shit. Apparently, I should have had them sign the posters… 😝
This was fantastic! I am really excited for the remastered World of Noise record. I have always wanted that. Nervous and weird was always one of my favorite songs and really wanted a remastered version of it. I will definitely buy the record! Big fan, and yes Black is the new Black is a awesome record!
Santa Monica came back to playing of a good connection from Everclear to be introduced in 1990s to record every soundtrack of many songs and changing the way that is music will make a huge impact in the music performance and concert tour of a famous event!
@@do_yohomework I was talking about the video of Everclear 30 years ago and established into making these songs from the entire old songs that what I meant?!
Wonderfully produced! Im a 17 year old who stumbled across this music so not the usual demographic but this band needs some better PR haha bc there is so much talent and even tho its ‘glory days’ may have passed, there is a whole new generation to take this band and love it the way it should be loved
2024 Kentucky State Fair got front row Art still got it band sounded tight Marcy playground also put on a great show. Got a pick from Art and high five he said here's one for ya girl (my wife)
My god Art looking this old makes me feel old.

Outstanding. Keep on rolling, Art.
Everclear was like a theme song to my youth, the 90s were a golden era.. Found them when I was 11, still playing all the time at 31!
There are about a half dozen Everclear songs that I listen to that helps me cope with stuff from my past. Sometimes, it's Fire Maple Song or Portland Rain that gets me over the hump and through.

Can't wait to see Everclear in Waco, Texas in June! I hope they play wishing!
Saw them in Altoona Pa a couple months ago. They still sound great. One of my favorite bands, more into the punk stuff though
Fuck that was awesome. Here's to another 30 years. Best band and fans in the world
A band that I adored in middle school and in my teens that decades of bad road since keeps warm in my heart.
After my Nirvana phase I took on the EverClear life and to this day sadly I have never been able to see them in concert but enjoy their music. I'm hoping to see them on their next tour if they come anywhere near me.

I've been subscribed since before his last album and straight up missed this video!
