Usually I don’t do it until a weekr two before but if you have your first hotel details and your flight numbers, there’s no reason why you couldn’t do it straight away. the only way you could come across a hiccup is if they change the rules about the process. It’s unlikely but it can happen but it’s not something you can’t fix when you arrive.

Yes, like all the comments below stated, this is the best video for the website. I got to the end and brought up the QR code but failed to screenshot it. Now I can't fine it. Do I have to delete the entries and start over?
@@H.pylori no just go in to trips i think it is? Bring up the records you just made and go to the drop down arrow to access the QR codes under each name!

Following your instructions, after sign-in, scroll down to "Register planned entry/return" and below that is a box containing your "most recent planned entry" and tap that and at the bottom is the highlighted "Display QR code" button. It sounds to me like you have printed your husband‘s QR code twice-it should have separate names on the QR codes. You can always go back in and don’t forget to select the drop-down list and select your name and then access the QR code as per the video, give it a go and let me know how you go!

If you go to 10:04 change the name to your husband via a drop-down. If you can’t see his name you need to go back to adding family members on your trip registration. Fill in his details. Generate him a different QR Code.
@laurenl169 if you do do it early you should check that there haven’t been any updates because they do require to redo it. I would probably do it in the month prior up to the week prior.
Hello. Im arriving in Japan in 4 week at Narita. What happens if i can't fill these forms out online? Will we have to fill them out at the desk when its our turn in customs? Will they send us to the back of the line to fill forms out if we haven't completed them?

Yeah, I know. i got that code, when i scan that square QR code it's just a jumble of letters. usually such QR codes have a link which leads to the site where officials can verify. If you have a prior code which got accepted , can you point your phone, scan it and see if it goes to a link when you tap on it? thanks again

You need to get an individual code for everyone-pay particular attention to the part where I show you should click on the drop-down to select each family member. You need those individual QR codes. I do cover it in there.

@mherssantos7794 no you will need to do whatever the Philippines system is, but if you are a citizen you don’t need to worry - they can work any problem out at the airport. 😊 There is usually a customs declaration arrival card given out on flights.

I always put the very last point of embarkation so I would put Abu Dhabi in this case

As long as you are together it is fine to have them on one phone, however I would send his to his phone just in case you are sent to separate officers

Yes because you need to fill out customs clearance for everyone so they get their own QR code.
Hello, I landed at Terminal 2 and had to fill out another declaration form when I got to Terminal 1.
You can just do that instead- a bit slower though

They will direct you to a counter to fill in a manual form or you can stand around to do the online form.

There is an example at the beginning and during the video - can you see it? A square QR code - at time stamp 0.17

You need to check if your country is visa-exempt

I declared my husband into my acct, but it only shows , 1 QR. his name. Didnt shown in drop down button :( help
I would go back to the beginning and go through each step again - you do need to do it for each person for them to appear on that drop-down
