The biggest one for me was making sure to set the Video Compression to HEVC only, and not HEVC+h.264, so it's not encoding twice (which is a superbad thing) The timelapse settings I use are;
4K Res, Wide lense video format, 1 second interval Bit Rate : high EV Comp : 0 White Balance : Auto ISO Min: 100 ISO Max: 1600 Sharpness : high Color : GoPro The file sizes are enormous (this one was 7.2 gigabytes), so high-speed memory card is a must. I used to use the still image capture and then stitch them together after, but the difference in quality I was getting from this camera negated that requirement. If I could capture raw images, I would still be doing that, but the best this camera can do is 1 frame every 3 seconds, which is way too few. Hope that helps 👍👍
Beautiful. I still can't get my GoPro to film smoothly, so 23 hours of filming is way out of the reach of my samsung phoone.
