Equity means creating "level playing field," like giving more to poor than rich to create equity, whereas equality means treating equally ie. no discrimination, ex giving equal to poor and rich, for ex India's reservation system based on the notion of equity ( in short, equity is a means to create equality)

1991 ammendment of wildlife protection k according state cannot declare a species a vermin wale part me sir ne thoda sa galat bata diya hai kindly look into it.
U have not mentioned all the schedules of act 1972... And the species which r mentioned in these schedules...
That is covered in Chapter 11 of this book. You may go through it on your own. Its self explanatory. In case of any doubt, feel free to ask.
