So i just discovered about a week ago that if you turn the jar over top down and slap the bottom of the jar one time hard it releases and has worked every time for me since. Saw it on Instagram. So so good.

I'll try to open the lid of the bottle that way next time.
Good tip. Going to try it too. I've tried the spoon method to pry open the lid & it also works
I find myself over eating too especially when I'm stressed out 😏
