Debt lead to the downfall of this young ladies father. Could you imagine having to put on your tool belt and doing hard physical work in your 70’s ?!?!? Debt free is the way to be 😊 I never felt wealthy until I had no payments to make to anyone ❤

The only reason the foreclosures didn't happen is because the government got involved. So people should be asking where that consequence is going. There's always a consequence.
Why are we acting like raising foreclosures are a good thing? Because capitalism is about winners and losers? Must be because the mortgage company calls us bi-weekly to let us know we can borrow $50,000 of equity and just double the interest rate for the next 25 years. If I didn’t laugh at them, I would cry.
