I love how cool Mama Broccoli is! Also if you use firm tofu and some smoked paprika it makes the best scrabbled tofu! xox

@@radicalbroccoli yes definitely! Breaks better into little chunks and the spices stick to it better, I use firm tofu with paprika fried with one red onion, tomatoes and spinach 😋😋
