Great review and a great record. Nice soundtrack to T. Pratchett's Guards series. Read it while listening to this album everyday and it suits it perfectly )
I have been on the fence of that Damn album. I love the early stuff a lot so I am always afraid of disappointment. You did tell me to buy it though. My local shop has it. Turn the pitch up lol. Okay you convinced me, I am a Lynch fan
I don't 'know why you give the Damned album "So Who's Paranoid" a bad rap. In my opinion "So Who's Paranoid" blows away the new album. The new album "Darkadelic" is pretty good and is still growing on me. I already feel it's an overall stronger album than their previous album "Evil Spirits". "Bad Weather Girl" is one of my faves so far on the new album and there are a few other really strong tracks too. If anyone is a true fan of the different sides of the Damned and aren't just hoping for another "Machine Gun Etiquette", then I feel this is an album to buy if you're contemplating it.

It's fantastic.
Top Damned Albums since Y2k. 1. Grave Disorder, 2. Evil Spirits, 3. Darkadelic, 4. So Who's Paranoid .....IMHO.
No, you're wrong. It's a culmination of everything they've done and some things they haven't done.
Soft? I guess they're no Bad religion. lol
