I dont know why there are so many negative comments. I have always been incredibly happy with everything I have gotten from them and they are upfront with what can be returned and what cant. Everything i have gotten has been real and in great quality
Hey guys, don't listen to these awful comments. This is a legit store with amazing things, and it is true that they have millions of customers who LOVE their items because they ARE legit. Everything I love always sells within hours. These people that complain about shipping need to just suck it up. You're paying 1/16th of an original price of something that is amazing quality and you're complaining about an $11 shipping fee? Jeez. You are so cheap. And saying things have to be "Fake" because it's too good to be true. These are the same pessimistic people that when you say it's a nice day outside they'll say "could be warmer" or will see an awesome talent video on youtube and say "FAKEE". These are the people that take away all the enjoyment in life. Don't listen to them. I've bought any times on here, and trust me when I say that spending $11 on shipping on an item that is actually work $700, is WORTH IT. If you're that cheap, go shop at forever 21 instead. You're not worth shopping at a Hugo Boss website and then complain about their $30 shipping. They'd probably call that one fake too. Get out of here.
I’m customer of the real real and everything they sale is authentic, is no way for you to find in any other similar website the designer items in a lower price. Highly recommend . 100% legitimate, they have boutiques in new York IN SOHO , Washington and other cities and states . Try them , just make sure that the items that you buying are returnable just in case you don’t like it!
I called on Oct 8th to place an order because I could not do it online. The sale associate took all my shipping information and my credit card information. She then said "we can't complete your order because your account is blocked. Normally, we will send you over to our account mangers and they will unlock your account so you can place the order. However, they are not in on Saturday so you have to try again on Monday. We are not guarantee that the item you want still available. It might be gone by then." Because it was so complicated just to purchase something, I decided to get that piece in a different color from Portero. On Monday, I checked my bank account and I was being charged for the order at $207.69. I called the RealReal and Donnyce younger instructed me to send her screen print of my bank statement to prove that I am in fact really being charged for it (although there is no order placed). She told me she will get back to me by the end of the day. Nothing from her at all, Oct 12, I decided to call the RealReal back and got to a different associate. She said there was no screen print from the email I sent to Donnyce did it really send a picture. I said yes and she said let me just talk to Donnyce. She came back on the line and asked me all questions about my charge and my card. She said she has to ask IT why there is a charge. (the RealReal admitted they charged my card) she told me go ahead and dispute the charge because it will take IT couple days to investigate and then they can refund me my money. The worst online shopping experience I have ever had.
I was so curious about this company. I applied to be luxury sales account manager and I have an interview tmr with someone. I’ve been looking for remote work so im curious if this will be that. I’d love to be a member on their site, how cool would that be ? 😊

I'm sorry but I just went to their website and most of their clothes are very overpriced and very fucking ugly. Not hating on their success, I'm just saying it doesn't seem like it is very worth it🤣 a lot of their clothes remind me of the 1900s or some Puritan type wear. Is not my taste. Other people might like it but IDK.
