Allmight was definetly the best. Not only did he beat afo he literally brought his country out of one of its darkest times and inspired hundreds of thousands of people of all ages as to what a true hero is supposed to be. Stain said it best " Only Allmight is worthy!"

Later in that same arc he knows down 3 of the LOV members including Twice. 3. In the World arc he saved Deku and Bakugo from Shigaraki In a split second, reacting faster than the 3. 4. He took a punch from All might when AFO teleported him into it. 5. The best part is that CHADtorino is really OLD, imagine that man In his Prime
Prime Torino and Prime Nana probably deserve to be on this list. But even Edgeshot is arguable. Although many people forget and/or downplay the Vigilante Heroes O’clock and Captain Celebrity. O’clock was once shown running alongside and matching the speed of Prime All Might. And Captain celebrity has the capability to man handle beasts like Gigantomachia.

I reckon the gap between him now and him in his prime, due to his advanced age, is probably as large as the gap between Weakened All Might and Prime All Might. And I know student All Might doesn’t have any feats. But we know he could apparently use 100% Immediately. I don’t think student All Might is a great deal below Weakened All Might. Like I said before. I think I’d put both him and Nana around the levels of Captain Celebrity and Endeavor. Definitely high on this list.
I always thought Endeavors quirk was not that Strong because of overheating but after watching the video I realized he could do alot more than his children. He made his quirk incredibly strong. props to Endeavor.

the fact that sky crawler isnt in here is a travesty, he fought and defeated a proto-nomu "Six" who had o'clocks quirk plus an explosive quirk, extreme regeneration, gigantification and more quirks and he fought toe to toe with him with a quirk whose capabilities he just found out in that fight itself, he's a natural born fighter and has so much talent that he subconsciously fights and reacts to harm towards him, he also lifted a full on boeing 747 on the last chapter and he's captain celebrities current sidekick, he has long range capabilities, he's faster than ingenium, he can fly, he has close quarter combat potential, his quirk can be used as a pseudo force field. HE'S REALLY OP and the third official hero in america we know in the story

Reminder: deku can’t even use true 100% yet, due to his body. This is shown when he could only use 8% against muscular, and his 100% at that time, was comparable to current 45% deku. The stronger his body becomes, the more it can actually use the true 100% This is exemplified by all might, where his hundreds of 100%+ attacks vs the first nomu, was equal to 3 of his non damaged 100% Once deku can use his true 100%, he’s gonna absolutely wreck shigaraki.
If the My Hero anime did a filler season about All Might at his Prime, I would not care at all. Heck, do a vigilantes season or 2. That can also give Horikoshi time to finish the manga completely.

Still, in my viewpoint 100% Tomura will still be overwhelmed by a weakened All Might, (if you will minus the Hyper Regen that is literally the saving grace of Tomura's ass in every fight). Props to AFO for just relying on his genius intellect, vast arsenal of Quirks and strength to be fight against Prime All Might. Additionally, even if Deku showed his feats using his Full Cowl: 100% against Overhaul, Nine, and Flect Turn or even if he recetly used the Gearshift, Fa Jin and 45% OFA I personally think it will not amount too muchwhen compared to the feats that can be done by Prime All Might. The author downplays the feats done by a weakened All Might by comparing him to the Apex Form Tomura or Overdrive Deku. My man literally changed the weather in his massively weakened form. Does anyone know how the binding cloth works? Like I imagine the tape dude, and Deku have levels of physical control over their extensions, but what's the apparent happenings with the cloth that anyone can use despite their main power.
as stated in the video, Aizawa's quirk almost exerts a small zero-grav area around him to keep the hair out of his face. Aizawa utilized this, making use of it to keep his binding cloth in the air. His binding cloth is made of a strong yet flexible material to grab and bind enemies from a distance. Also, tape dude's name is Sero.
Facts: 1. Aizawa erased Deku’s quirk on the first day when he thought he would hurt himself. 2. Within Deku is housed multiple quirks. 3. Aizawa has been shown through the pool episode to be able to erase multiple quirks of multiple people at once. 4. (For SOME REASON) Despite Aizawa staring at Shigaraki during the big fight, he could only erase 1 quirk? Heh?
If All Might was that powerful in his prime image a second All Might (Deku) several times stronger plus with multiple quirks to further boost his power. Nah he might as well go toe-to-toe with Ssj2 and survive.

Does anyone know how the binding cloth works?
Like I imagine the tape dude, and Deku have levels of physical control over their extensions, but what's the apparent happenings with the cloth that anyone can use despite their main power.
as stated in the video, Aizawa's quirk almost exerts a small zero-grav area around him to keep the hair out of his face. Aizawa utilized this, making use of it to keep his binding cloth in the air. His binding cloth is made of a strong yet flexible material to grab and bind enemies from a distance.

Facts:

2. Within Deku is housed multiple quirks.
3. Aizawa has been shown through the pool episode to be able to erase multiple quirks of multiple people at once.
4. (For SOME REASON) Despite Aizawa staring at Shigaraki during the big fight, he could only erase 1 quirk?

If All Might was that powerful in his prime image a second All Might (Deku) several times stronger plus with multiple quirks to further boost his power. Nah he might as well go toe-to-toe with Ssj2 and survive.
Nagant shouldn't be in that top at all, don't even say it's for walking in the air, it's not, there is another character that beats him.
So for most Nagant doesn't count
