- Here’s a little update on what Trace and Warden have been working on lately. They’ve been getting trained in spray foam insulation in Alabama.
Meanwhile, Lydia and Maui are having a sleepover and her friend's house.

Looks like Ellie finally received her blue eyed precious dog that she had been praying for; Happy Blessed Birthday dear Ellie🎉.
It was her Christmas present her birthday is in 2 months
Beautiful husky they are sled dog. I recommend getting a book on huskies. Also, they shed like crazy.

Oh goodness! This is a beautiful puppy but they are as you've already learned VERY high energy and are runners. I showed dog's for 25 year's and did not show this breed but know the breed well. They need serious exercise. And as I said they are terrible runners. I'd make sure to have her micro chipped, a collar with a name tag with your phone number on it. I hope you enjoy her. DANG!!!! You were in Bessemer, Alabama which means you were 5 to 10 minutes from where I live. My grandsons would have had a fit to meet you (I turned them onto BUB years ago and now we follow the whole family on youtrube) Your family has been such a blessing to us even though you don't have a clue who we are. My grandsons are 9 and 11 years old and lost their daddy over a year ago but they have wonderful make role models known as the Bates and we have watched you guys so long we almost feel like we know you. Thanks for sharing your family with us.

Huskies are meant to run and run and run. Get a sled and she'll pull the kids around. Plus they shed like crazy! And they don't like the heat, they love to lay in the snow.
Pulling the kids on a sled is a good idea... Hope they read this.
I was so hoping that someone with a husky puppy saw the last video about the scammer and would offer Ellie one. Video hasn't started yet, so let's see....

You need to use a slip lead so she can't get out of the harness. I have 2 huskies and mine got out of her harness....get a harness that has 2 straps that go around instead of one. The slip lead is great. Mine didn't get out after that.

huskies are known runners. They will run whenever they can. they are also very vocal. it might be a good idea to get her a collar with a tracking device on it.

So happy she got her puppy...ellie i had a husky they love to run ... my husky got out of his pen the one day he ran for hours ended up over by my sisterinlaws house in a kiddie pool he was tired ... so u know u will have your hand full for awhile til the dog gets its energy out ... and my husky was never off a leash either couldnt trust he wouldnt take off .... good luck with your husky .

Huskies are escape artist. They can roam for miles at a time. Great dogs though.
I heard Tony say you were in Bessemer, Alabama - i was there this past Wednesday - had lunch at the famous Bright Star. Excellent food if you're back down that way. Plus, Bob Sykes makes delicious BBQ.. From the houses you showed, looks like you might have been on Clarendon or nearby. A lot of old beautiful homes on those streets that mostly need some TLC. Always a good thing to increase your skill set and knowledge.

My friends have huskies and they have to put tracking devices in their harness because they are major escape artists.
Lydia, did you know that you can buy disposable litter boxes? That’s a good solution to a last minute overnight stay. You just toss it when you’re done!

That puppy is beautiful. Glad she got it. But they're alot of work and she'd quite a bit. Require brushing and undercoat brushing to remove the loose hair

Do your research on Siberian Huskies, they are sled dogs and are runners. Many years ago my parents had a husky on a ranch she took off and was never to be seen again. The Animal Shelter in my city is full of huskies. They are beautiful and a lot of work. Watch IG videos on huskies and you will get an idea. She is beautiful I hope she is everything you want in a buddy.
