I have to be honest. I've seen and tried pineapple cake before, but they were very dense. This cake looks beautiful and light. I like the addition of the caramel sauce. I will be trying this one for sure. Thank you, Nancy, for sharing your recipe with us. ❤️ 🤗

I use to make this cake all the time years ago, I use to put cherries on the pineapple holes for looks, that cake was a big hit at partys

My caramel turned dark and was a lot. The outside was real dark and the cake was so light and moist but tangy due to the Carmel. What did I do wrong???
