All the best festivals I’ve been to be it raves like masters of hardcore or defqon 1, bush doofs, outdoor festivals, stadium festivals, clubs or houses ; they are infinitely better with some sick choreographed digital visuals or lights. Hell, even metal puts on a massive visual these days. Anyone seen meshuggah live? Their light show is insanity! Like it’s legitimately one of the best visual shows I’ve ever seen for music. No shit. Tomorrow land looks epic. Once again interactive show going on, visual as well as just music. I’m surprised there isn’t more of a light or visual spectacle at one of these? Anyhow different strokes…. If you consider Hip Hop to be music(poetry put to a beat) then you cannot say this isn't music. You obviously have no understanding of good music/sonic soundscapes. You can beat on a hollow log and hum and it's music. Sounds put together to form a rhythm. It is music in its most primal form.
