What is the appropriate organizational structure for sole proprietorship? Flat or tall structure?
Daniel I live in a state that is dependant on farmers and John Deer is big here. So that maybe why John Deer is doing the video. Not sure
me and my friend is planning to franchise a coffee shop from government loan. the problem is they required to be registered in SEC. the question is it is possible to make a partnership but the business we want is to franchise ?
