Rob Snarski + Lindy Morrison - Sydney - January 20 2024

I’d been meaning to see Rob and Lindy again for quite some time. When this show with friends was announced, I knew it was what I’d been waiting for. For much of the show Rob Snarski and Linda Morrison were joined on stage by Ken Gormley and Barry Turnbull. Amanda Brown and Peter Milton Walsh also popped on for select numbers. Combinations varied throughout the two sets (19 songs) from Rob performing a solo to all six appearing for the encore. It certainly made for an interesting mix with plenty of variety. I recorded seven songs:

Unfortunately, the wide shots are a little dark but that was inevitable with Lindy wearing white under a bright spot. Thankfully, the close ups are brighter. With so much talent on stage it was always going to be a terrific night. Very pleased that I was there.

There as plenty of talent on stage throughout the night, but yes, great to see them all there for the encore. Quite a treat.

It was a terrific night but 'cool' isn't a word I'd use to describe it. The venue was small and very crowded. Their AC wasn't very effective. It was a relief to get out into the summer night afterwards. And I understand things were even hotter back stage.
