Both Kameos give an overhead option you have to use at the right time, or you can be punished for it Both Kameos give decent Combo Extentions. Both Kameos make an unsafe move "Safe" However, I believe Scorpion Kameo is better because he has access to these things at all times Scorpion lets you keep a 1000 base health He can be used on block against an opponent who jumps He can be used to protect against jumping over full screen Spear or Low Flame Scorpion also isn't on screen as much as Khameleon is, so his chances of being hit are a lot lower, so he is always there when I need him.
